There are a few things that i have not fullfiled as a section leader. Whether you all have noticed it or not.You all have made me shed lots of tears be it tears of joy,anger or frustration. I hope all of you get the key message i'm trying to say in the card. Fun is not the main thing.Perseverance, team work and patience is is the key factor.There is so many things I'm worried about for the section now.The sec 1's,attendance etc.But there's nothing I can do except to encourange.I'm officially out of the main band.You are the ones who need to make the changes.If you think you need to buck up, then buck up.If you think there's a need to be strict, then be strict.Don't see yourself as being small and therefore there's nothing you can do.Take everthing as a challenge and prove people wrong.I feel that the 5 of you need to learn to compromise and take initiative.Hanis won't probably be going for the June camp. All of you may have frequent parent's objection to come to band.There's so many problems to think off now,so wake up.Kadri, Eric and I may not be next to you all to help out but we are close to your hearts!To Eric and Kadri, we had experience so much and went through lots of ups and downs since sec 1. I thank you all for the jokes, advices and concern. Thank you trumpeters for every single thing. I will not forget all the times we've spent together.Love you all very much!!3 cheers for trumpantes!
